Working with Dan was a truly pleasurable and effortless experience for me. His knowledge of the area and experience in the business was evident right from the start. His knowledge of the building industry helped me get through the inspection report and succesful solutions to the issues with the seller. There were no unanswered questions or doubts in my mind about what I was buying or the process. He handled it all the way through to the fastest and easiest closing I have experienced in all my four home purchases. Although I still can't pronounce his last name. I would recommend Dan to anybody interested in purchasing a home.

She’s a fan of the Gamecocks so we tried not to like her. Shes pretty awesome though so that didn’t work. As the title states she didn’t just go away after closing we ran into an issue about 8 days after moving in and she was on it. I didn’t even have to ask her for her help. I kind of reached out just to vent and she took the lead and everything’s been resolved. I know I (my wife) wasn’t easy to deal with, she was terrified as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know so this was a huge learning experience and she handled us in a reassuring, knowledgeable kind and comical way.
