Jen was on top of every aspect of the purchase. She was great at explaining the process and responsive to all my questions and concerns. She is a great negotiator and offers solutions to resolve any issue. She was flexible with her time and worked around some trying experiences with the seller. She maintained a steadfast control and calmed me down during some of the more stressful situations with sound professional advice. I regard Jen as my realator, a friend, and someone I can trust. She makes the process seem easy; when I know it is complex. I highly recommend her to represent you for the sale or purchase of a home.

Working with Jennings made our cross-country move from Colorado to South Carolina as seamless and stress-free as possible. Relocating across the country with two kids is no small feat, but Jennings was there for us every step of the way. She is exceptionally attentive and maintains stellar communication, making sure we always knew what was happening and felt completely supported. Jennings continually went above and beyond, bringing a level of care and thoughtfulness to the process that made us feel so valued. If you need a realtor who truly listens and works tirelessly for your family, I cannot recommend Jennings enough!

Working with Sue Ruedi was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. If you need a top-tier real estate professional, look no further. Sue was always available when we had questions. They explained every step of the process clearly and replied to calls and texts within minutes. We never felt left in the dark. Her understanding of the local housing market was incredible. Her insights gave me total confidence. During negotiations, Sue was a fierce advocate for our interests. She kept a cool head under pressure and secured a fantastic deal that exceeded our expectations. Every interaction was courteous, honest, and organized. They respected our time, handled all the paperwork seamlessly, and solved unexpected hurdles with ease. We cannot recommend Sue Ruedi highly enough. She turned what can be a stressful experience into a smooth, successful, and rewarding journey!"

Sharon and her husband, Dan, truly made our entire move possible, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Because of the distance and our budget, making an additional trip to tour the area and homes in person simply wasn’t an option for us. From our very first phone call, Sharon and Dan went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire home-buying process. They walked us through every step, answered every question we had with incredible responsiveness, and consistently made themselves available for phone calls and FaceTime appointments that worked with our schedule. They completed multiple virtual walkthroughs with us, taking the time to make sure we could see and understand every detail despite being so far away. What impressed us most was how genuinely invested they were in making sure we were taken care of. They advocated for us throughout the inspection process, communicated clearly and promptly, and handled every detail with an incredible level of professionalism and care. At no point did we feel like we were navigating such a major move alone. When we finally arrived at our new home, everything was ready, exactly as expected, and the entire transition felt remarkably seamless. After going through the home-buying process before, I can confidently say this was by far the best experience we have ever had. I am truly blown away by the level of service, dedication, and personal attention Sharon and Dan provided our family. What could have been an incredibly stressful long-distance move became an exciting and positive experience because of them. We will forever be grateful to both Sharon and Dan for everything they did to help make this move and our new home a reality!

Anytime I had a problem she was quick to respond

Kim was absolutely amazing, would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again!!! She was so knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and found us exactly what we were looking in a home and all within our budget.

She’s a fan of the Gamecocks so we tried not to like her. Shes pretty awesome though so that didn’t work. As the title states she didn’t just go away after closing we ran into an issue about 8 days after moving in and she was on it. I didn’t even have to ask her for her help. I kind of reached out just to vent and she took the lead and everything’s been resolved. I know I (my wife) wasn’t easy to deal with, she was terrified as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know so this was a huge learning experience and she handled us in a reassuring, knowledgeable kind and comical way. We WILL use Donna for any future real estate ventures. Stevie &Kim Turner.

If you’re looking for realtors who go above and beyond, Carol and Bill are it! We reached out to them while planning our relocation from Pennsylvania to Conway, SC. My parents had used them 6 years ago when they moved to Murrells Inlet and highly recommended them, so we knew we were in good hands. We had an initial conversation in the fall of 2025 to give them our "wishlist." Because we had some contingencies to work through, we decided a new build was the right path for us. Carol and Bill took the time to send us listings beforehand to get a true understanding of what we wanted. When we finally came down for a 4-day weekend, their preparation paid off instantly. On our very first day of looking, it only took us three houses before we found our absolute forever home!Since we were out of state during the construction process, Carol and Bill stepped up to be our eyes and ears on-site. Their communication and market knowledge are completely unmatched, and they made this massive life transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. We truly feel like we’ve gained lifetime friends and can’t wait to stay in touch as we settle into our new home!

Very professional and knows her stuff.

I was a first time home buyer and wasn’t sure how to do certain things and she helped me through every step of the way. Alissa was always there when I had questions she answered right away. Alissa is very professional. She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing, and it made me feel very comfortable and made my experience very pleasant.

I appreciate Alissa going above and beyond to go to the house so quickly and do a virtual tour with us. We had her walking the whole property in mid summer! Also, she had to update paperwork several times, as we were selling a home in Maryland as well! She was always willing to make calls, give us referrals, and help with our mortgage companies requests for more and more documentation! Thanks for being there for us! Buying a home in another state is not an easy task!
