It's not every day my wife and I buy a house or a piece of real estate, so we needed a realtor to navigate through the process. We were introduced to Peggy Davis through a mutual friend, and we could not have been happier. Day 1 Peggy greeted us like a family member, very attentive and focused on our needs of what we were looking for in our purchase. Every question we had was answered or directed to the proper individual we needed to contact and followed up on the matter at hand. I appreciated the honest (negative and positive) feedback on something with the house or the area we were looking at. It was not just to make the sale, she wanted to make sure we were educated and happy with the house, community, and area we were purchasing in. Now, I don't think I will be buying a ton of houses but if I were Peggy would be my first phone call knowing I will be getting honesty, integrity, and pride in her craft. - Thank you Peggy Davis

Truly enjoyed the experience that I had with Rebecca as my agent. She truly was there throughout the whole entire process, loved the personal connections we had with our faith! Really encouraged me throughout the journey, even when things weren’t looking good! But thanks to her dedication and constant support, I now own a full home in Galivants ferry, South Carolina! If you want somebody that’s personable, respectable and will help you feel welcome please hire Rebecca as your realtor! I would give her five stars any day!

Danielle was instrumental in our home search for our move from PA to SC! During our trips down to look at houses, she was very organized and seamlessly kept us on track and on time. She is friendly, witty and professional all wrapped into one. When we went through some houses, she pointed out things that we would have easily overlooked. "See this?", "Look over here!", "This does not line up!" We looked at so many houses together, both in person and online, she was the one that helped us keep them all straight and then reminded us of the certain features that we liked and disliked in the houses we visited! Danielle made this chapter in our life a little bit easier!!

After our first showing with Danielle we knew we chose the right realtor. She kept us informed from the start, giving us many options on our relocation journey. Danielle made us realize what we thought we wanted in a new home wasn't really the right decision for us. Danielle was able to see and show us features in multiple properties that we would have overlooked! We kept coming back to one home. It seemed unaffordable, but Danielle made it work for us She was able to show us financing options we were not aware of, plus negotiated a great deal that worked for both us and the seller. We are not saying she was available 24/7 but at times it sure did seem like it! Danielle has great knowledge of this area and its real estate market. We believe without Danielle's experience and help we would have purchased the wrong home for us at this time in our lives. We couldn't be happier with our decisions in the home we purchased and the realtor that we chose! Thank you Danielle King Bob and Rene
