He was excellent understanding caring and most importantly patient with me while I went through many issues with probate court the sale of my home and then purchase of another home. I could not ask for anyone as great as Mark was and he deserves so much in life and I hope he gets it all. He really helped me when I felt like I had no hope left and he pushed me through all the issues that came up. We made it to the end. I cannot thank him enough, no matter what I do.

One word to describe Sindy… AMAZING!!! She made the home buying process so much easier for us to buy our first home! She has great negotiation skills like you wouldn’t believe, open and honest communication, answered any and every question we’ve had throughout the process. She works so hard to make sure her clients get exactly what they're looking for and she is very knowledgeable about the market. If you are looking to buy a home and need a realtor you can trust 100% Sindy is the one you need to call! I can not put into words how thankful we are to have her by our side the whole way! She’s more than a realtor to us, she’s family now!

Tera Smith will always hold a special place in my heart because she wasn’t just my realtor—she was the person who helped me turn one of the biggest dreams of my life into reality. Buying my first home was an emotional journey. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, nervous, and unsure of what was going to happen. But Tera never made me feel like I was alone. She was there to answer my questions, calm my worries, explain things when I didn’t understand, and keep pushing forward with me until we reached the finish line. On July 30, 2026, I officially became a homeowner, and I will never forget that feeling. There were so many emotions behind that moment—pride, happiness, relief, and even tears. Knowing that I had someone like Tera beside me throughout the process made that milestone even more special. What makes Tera different is that she genuinely cares about the people she helps. I never felt like just another transaction or another name on a list. She listened to me, respected what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. When I look at my home now, I don’t just see four walls. I see a dream that finally came true. I see a place where my family can make memories, grow, laugh, and build our future. And I will always be grateful that Tera helped me get there. If you are looking for a realtor who will treat your dream like it matters, I wholeheartedly recommend Tera Smith. She didn’t just help me buy a house—she helped me become a homeowner, and that is something I will never forget.

Expert in her field, Carrie is an absolutely amazing person to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to each and every task. Purchased third home with her assistance always pleased and happy with the customer service she has to offer. Highly recommend joining her team as a client. Extremely happy 10/10.

Did a fantastic job with communicating Showing of the house and property. And a lot of fun to work with.

She was very professional. Went above and beyond what was expected!

Toni always responded quickly to any questions or concerns and would ensure she could be reached. She was positive and reassuring throughout the process even if we were not. Her market knowledge knocked it out of the park from guiding us to our asking price (offer of full asking price on first day of showing) to negotiating the sale of furniture (received more than expected). Toni is a credit to her profession by the way she listened to our concerns, managed our expectations, and based her approach on the sale of our home to our needs and timeline.

Timely responses, knowledgeable, great agent to work with

Was anxious with the whole process and didn’t know where to start. I’m glad I chose Sharon because she put all my worries to rest. Very knowledgeable, patient, and works for the best interest of her client. Really thankful for her!
