Selling my mom's house took much longer than expected due to circumstances beyond her control, but she remained patient, responsive, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Whenever unexpected issues came up, she went above and beyond to help coordinate everything, making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for our family. Her communication was excellent, and she truly had our best interests at heart. We are so grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and commitment. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.

We have used Christine 4 different times and her knowledge of each step makes it easy for buyer/seller. Very familiar with area communities, strong knowledge of areas in flood zones, good schools, and proximity to hospitals and shopping. Very adept of pricing of homes in the area. Her services include providing info on electric companies, water companies, tax offices, and motor vehicle department. She is very experienced and made both buying and selling very easy. I will continue to use her when a future need arises.

Melissa was amazing. She listens to what you want. We met at a random open house. Knowing we wanted to move to Myrtle Beach but wasn't really looking to buy a house at that moment. We told her what we had to have in a house, and she emailed me 4 house the next day. I read the email, showed it to my husband and we picked 3 to look at. We absolutely loved the second one and after looking at all of them decide to put a contract on it. She listened to what we wanted. She went above and beyond.
