She took care of everything and beyond

This is my 2nd time working with Laura and that’s for a good reason! Thank you very much for making it happen Laura! You’re the best!

There are some people who come into your life because of a business transaction, and then there are people who leave a lasting impression on your heart. Rachel Schel is one of those people. Selling my mom and dad’s home was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. It wasn’t just a house—it was their home, filled with years of memories, love, and pieces of our family’s story. Rachel understood that from the very beginning and treated the entire process with incredible kindness, patience, and compassion. She was always there when I needed her, kept me informed, advocated for me, and handled every challenge with professionalism and grace. I never felt like I was just another client or another transaction. I truly felt cared for. When we finally made it to the closing table, it felt like so much more than selling a house. It felt like I could finally take a deep breath and say, “Okay, Mom and Dad. I did it.” ❤️ Rachel, thank you for helping me through such an emotional chapter and for treating my parents’ home and memories with the respect they deserved. I will always be grateful that you were the one who helped me through it. If you’re looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. ❤️

I met Dan and Sharon a few years ago when Sharon helped me buy my first house in Myrtle Beach… before Dan even became an agent. From the very beginning, they were an absolute blast. Sharon and I are both originally from the same area in Pennsylvania, although we didn’t know each other before I moved to South Carolina. This time around, I got the full tag-team duo!!! Let me tell you… we laughed A LOT. We basically laughed our way through every hurdle that popped up along the journey. If it weren’t for Dan being the voice of reason a few times, I may have completely lost my mind. At one point, Dan even offered to put on a coconut bra and grass skirt to help draw attention to my open house. 😂 I’m still waiting for the day we can all take a picture dressed up together — but since I work remotely out of state and have been juggling multiple moves, that adventure will have to wait until I’m back home again. If you want agents who will fiercely advocate for you, go the extra mile, and genuinely care, these two are it. They even planted a St. Joseph statue in front of my listing for me when I couldn’t make it there myself. So grateful for both of them through this entire process

Sharon is a fantastic realtor. She is kind and caring and knows the business. She took a lot of time helping us find the perfect home. Every detail was important to her. She made buying a house an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Sharon really looks out for you, negotiates always in your best interest, got a really good deal on my home, listens and communicates. I am so glad I met her.

Josh and his wife, Stephanie are excellent communicators, their knowledge of the market and Josh‘s excellent negotiation skills and their professionalism helped us secure the home that we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

Sue knows this market, is personable, honest, and most important for me, she is not afraid to tell us what we need to know about a property. This is the fourth time that we and other family members have worked with Sue. I give her a full recommendation.

Anthony was absolutely incredible. Super easy to work with. Has tons of connections around the Myrtle Beach area. Very flexible and will work with you to find a home. I went into this thinking there was no way I could afford a home. Turns out I was wrong. Anthony found the perfect home for me at a wonderful price. I would trust Anthony with any home buying or selling experience. Talking to friends and family, house buying can be a stressful experience. I don’t think I had the first bit of stress with Anthony leading the way. He walked me through every step. Advocated heavily for me during walkthroughs. Even picked me up and drove me to closing. Turn key experience. Don’t go Realtor shopping… just choose Anthony.

Denise had Stayed in communication for about a year. We live in Michigan & wasn't quite sure on a time frame to get to Myrtle Beach/Conway Area to check out Communities & housing options. Thru various emails & texts periodically we finally coordinated a week to work for us. Denise knew exactly what we were looking for & had a plan for when we arrived. She gave great feedback on certain areas & locations. By the end of the week we had found a premier lot on a Golf course & started a month or so later on the new build. We Love our New Home. Denise was Awesome!!! We would definitely recommend her services to anyone interested in any real estate options, Buying or Selling

Carol and Bill were amazing from the start in helping us find our forever home in Conway, SC. I don't say finish as they are still available with any help we need as we are still in the process of relocating from NJ. Our friends had the superb experience with Carol and Bill purchasing a home 12 years ago in Murrells Inlet. We reached out to them last summer and they booked a 5 day time block and began sending us info, homes, and locations for us to explore for when we made the trip down 3 months later. We went with the knowledge of the areas we wanted to visit, and they showed us everything and more. We decided after only 2 days on the very last home they took us to which included EVERYTHING we wanted in a home. They were our eyes and ears as we were not able to be there for the process of the build. We got weekly updates with photos, videos, and they worked side by side with our amazing building supervisor, Jackson of DRHorton. We can't say enough good about Carol and Bill and their expertise and knowledge of everything we needed to know to make this purchase a success. They went 'over and beyond' always, and we feel we have made lifetime friends and look forward to seeing them throughout our retirement in Conway, SC. Thank you, Carol and Bill, you truly made this experience and major life change very easy, comforting, and doable for us!

Andrew had unexpected inspection hiccups like a true professional was calm negotiation and kept a sale on track from day one thank you, Andrew

My daughter and son in law went out looking for a house. My husband and I saw one on line and Andrew brought them to see it. I had never met Andrew before and we put an offer on the house without even seeing it in person. The sellers excepted the offer and 2 weeks later we went to see the house. Doing a long distance purchase with Andrew was the best experience ever. Still after we closed he is still in contact with us. He is absolutely amazing!
