Kyle provided his opinion regarding the offer, and what he felt would be my best next steps to take to maximize the dollars and terms. Kyle kept me informed throughout the escrow process, letting me know what would be my requirements for each step, and finally attended my signing of escrow documents as I was not present for the actual closing. Kyle even went so far as to deposit the buyers personal check for personal property so it would not have to be mailed to me. I cannot recommend Kyle enough.
