Suzanne was an exceptional realtor! She took the time we needed to see all the market had to offer. She was responsive to our questions, was kind in her interactions, represented us with excellence, shared all Pawleys and Georgetown had to offer! She was patient and advocated for us! Thank you for an exceptional experience Suzanne! Would encourage anyone who is looking to buy or build to connect with Suzanne. She will have your back the entire journey and beyond!

SUZANNE did an excellent job in selling our condo. Even with several condos in the same complex on the market at the same time, we were able to move our very quickly at a great price.

It took only 2 weeks for our house to sell. Suzanne was there helping every step of the way! Her professionalism and attention to detail made the closing very easy.

My husband and I loved our experience working with Caroline. She was very knowledgeable of the market. She let us ask all the questions we needed and she was quick to give us answers even though we were in another state. We would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ms. Caroline took care of all of our needs. It started with a few texts and emails, a couple of calls and us setting up time to see the homes. We were moving from PA to SC. Ms. Caroline spoke with us about the different areas in SC and where we could find homes we were looking for. We made a list of homes and Ms. Caroline and Ms. Donna, her mother, cleared out their schedule for 4 days. They showed us every home we asked to see and when we asked to relook at 2 of the homes, she came after church to show the homes. Being out of state we could not get there for inspections, etc. Ms. Caroline took care of all of them. She even found contractors to come out and provide estimates for repairs. She negotiated a great price for us and helped us get the home we were looking for. She followed up and communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date and to be sure we did not miss any deadlines. This was a great experience. I would use Ms. Caroline again. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

From our initial contact to our closing, which was a little over a year, Caroline listened and considered our needs and found the right home for us! She understands the challenges of relocating, as we were moving from Vermont, and was our liaison here while our house was being built. She kept us informed and helped with the few issues that arose through the process. She was extremely easy to connect with and was very quick in getting answers to our questions! We consider Caroline and Donna, our first friends of Florence ! They are so much more than realtors! In summary, Caroline and her team made this a seamless move! I would definitely recommend her !!!
