Sue is an awesome agent! We arrived in Pawleys Island with a long list of properties to visit. She viewed and evaluated each one with us giving us her expert advice as a realtor and a member of the PI community. Sue shared her knowledge of the market and her expertise in negotiation. She was always patient, professional, and prepared. We were successful in purchasing our first choice condo and could not be happier with our decision.
