Jonathan is an excellent realtor agent. He is 100% professional, knowledgeable about the market and always there when we needed him. Even late at night, he would respond to our messages. We highly recommend Jonathan. He’s the best!!

We thought selling an out-of-town property would have been a stressful experience, but Kyle made the entire process easy and seamless. Even though he represented both the buyer and us as the sellers, he was fair, professional, and transparent every step of the way. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of the local market made the selling process straightforward and gave us confidence throughout the transaction. He kept us informed, communicated promptly, and handled every detail with professionalism and integrity. Even while representing both the buyer and seller, he remained fair, transparent, and focused on making the transaction as smooth and successful as possible. We truly appreciated Kyle's guidance, excellent communication, and dedication. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair realtor.

Kyle was very knowledgeable about the market. He had great suggestions and always answered any questions I might have had. I would definitely work with him again.

David became so important to us in our transition from beloved home to retirement community. We became a team from the start. He was a breath of fresh air--clear, honest, creative, connected, knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, genuinely helpful, forthright, patient, reasonable, available, professional yet warm and understanding of the stress of moving. We were never left in the dark about results of showings, open houses, etc. He coached well, and provided helpful resources re staging and downsizing that we were grateful for. He had an eye for what would be appealing to buyers, inside and out, and made great suggestions. His photographer was amazing. David also knew what was not essential to the selling, so we could prioritize our energy expenditures. He was dogged about generating prospects, and communicated well with industry contacts as well as potential buyers and us as sellers. He took care of details and held us close to the big picture. He always kept us in the loop, and listened, and represented our interests fairly. Our home sale occurred outside a peak selling season and during a very soft market; similar properties to ours were on the market much longer. And he took off from OUR to-do list the final home cleaning. David is a gem.

We would highly recommend David Moorhead as a realtor. His professionalism and knowledge of the market were both above expectations and he was always prompt in responding to questions. David was also proactive in all our dealings and got things done quickly and correctly. He was a pleasure to work with and remained available to us well after the sales date.

Carolyn is the type of realtor you would want as your neighbor; concerned but not intrusive. She is respectful of your time and listens to what you are trying to Purchase with the right details. I am retired Military and my wife and i have moved 20 times. Carolyn is by far the best Realtor we have worked with during this transition process. She has my highest recommendation for anyone needing a realtor in the Pawleys Island SC area.

Proactive, responsive, excellent communication

Sue is an awesome agent! We arrived in Pawleys Island with a long list of properties to visit. She viewed and evaluated each one with us giving us her expert advice as a realtor and a member of the PI community. Sue shared her knowledge of the market and her expertise in negotiation. She was always patient, professional, and prepared. We were successful in purchasing our first choice condo and could not be happier with our decision. We highly recommend her for your real estate adventures!

Vicki was the most patient, open-minded and knowledgeable realtor we could have possibly asked for. We were first time home buyers, purchasing out-of-state. She was incredibly responsive, flexible with her availability, and helped us navigate a very high-paced and aggressive real estate market with grace and kindness. It took us a year to find a home and she was with us the whole time, and managed to secure a retirement home for our parents at the same time! We could not recommend Vicki more.
