David became so important to us in our transition from beloved home to retirement community. We became a team from the start. He was a breath of fresh air--clear, honest, creative, connected, knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, genuinely helpful, forthright, patient, reasonable, available, professional yet warm and understanding of the stress of moving. Our home sale occurred outside a peak selling season and during a very soft market; similar properties to ours were on the market much longer. And he took off from OUR to-do list the final home cleaning. David is a gem.
