We were put in touch with Bobby through a friend who is also an agent. Our friend did his research on Bobby to try and find us a good match......and did he ever. From the start it was evident that Bobby's main concern was his customers getting the home they really wanted. Bobby made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and even provided insights on some homes we didn't pick out but that he thought would be a good fit. Bobby also provided excellent insight and guidance on issues that may have negative impacts on the new home owners. While ultimately our decisions, his inputs were invaluable. Bobby's professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor made him the perfect agent for us. You will not be disappointed.

Bobby is the best agent we have every worked with. He understands our needs and works to find the best property to match those needs. He truly listens and advises with your interest in mind. Best agent around!!!!

Bobby is always in my opinion true to his word. He gives you his advice of what he has seen in the real estate industry to allow you to make educated decisions. He never tells you what to do, he only guides you and lets you make the decisions. I love his approach, because he is honest as the day is long. He cares about who he represents buyer or seller. I have been in both positions with Bobby and it is a win -win in either position. His communication is impeccable, customer service is top notch and Bobby goes above and beyond to assist his clients in anyway he can. Bobby leaves a lasting impression on you and I thank him for making my home buying and selling experience stellar.

Suzanne was an exceptional realtor! She took the time we needed to see all the market had to offer. She was responsive to our questions, was kind in her interactions, represented us with excellence, shared all Pawleys and Georgetown had to offer! She was patient and advocated for us! Thank you for an exceptional experience Suzanne! Would encourage anyone who is looking to buy or build to connect with Suzanne. She will have your back the entire journey and beyond!

SUZANNE did an excellent job in selling our condo. Even with several condos in the same complex on the market at the same time, we were able to move our very quickly at a great price.

It took only 2 weeks for our house to sell. Suzanne was there helping every step of the way! Her professionalism and attention to detail made the closing very easy.
