She’s a fan of the Gamecocks so we tried not to like her. Shes pretty awesome though so that didn’t work. As the title states she didn’t just go away after closing we ran into an issue about 8 days after moving in and she was on it. I didn’t even have to ask her for her help. I kind of reached out just to vent and she took the lead and everything’s been resolved. I know I (my wife) wasn’t easy to deal with, she was terrified as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know so this was a huge learning experience and she handled us in a reassuring, knowledgeable kind and comical way.
