We absolutely loved the second one and after looking at all of them decide to put a contract on it. She listened to what we wanted. She went above and beyond. I live in Maryland and also was dealing with the death of my dad through all of this and she was just so helpful the whole time. She responded immediately.

Melissa knew exactly what to do and when to make the sale such a dream. She knows the market and what price to shoot for and who would be interested in the home.
