Eric helped the reviewer buy this property

Don’t pass go, no need to collect $200…just call Eric!!!

We couldn’t recommend Eric highly enough! We were referred to Eric by a friend who had recently moved to Murrells Inlet, and from our very first conversation, we knew we were in great hands. My wife and I traveled down from New England to explore the possibility of purchasing a second home, and Eric made the entire process incredibly easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was Eric’s low-pressure, highly informative approach. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. His knowledge of the area, individual neighborhoods, communities, and price points was exceptional. He was honest, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions and share his expertise. Eric went far beyond simply showing us houses. He provided contractor recommendations, utility information, and so much helpful insight about the area. He truly left no stone unturned and made us feel confident every step of the way. Buying a second home from several states away can feel overwhelming, but having Eric by our side made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. If you’re looking for a realtor in the Murrells Inlet area, we would recommend Eric without hesitation!
