Tara is very relational and professional. Tara demonstrated knowledge of the market from the beginning, and she helped us feel confident in pursuing selling our house with her. She was able to help us set realistic expectations and gave us helpful feedback and guidance on how to make our house ready for photos and showings. She was communicative with preparing for showings as well as post-showing feedback. Tara worked with us through negotiations and supported us in coming to a reasonable agreement with the buyers. She continued to be supportive and helpful through the closing experience. Her care, support, and expertise throughout the process was invaluable.

Sue went above and beyond with helping us find the exact home we wanted and also the location. We looked at several houses all in Schuylkill County (where we wanted) and she got to know exactly what we were looking for and she found us the exact home we wanted. She wouldn’t stop till we said this one is it. She helped us get exactly that and more. She nailed our expectations completely and we very helpful with where we wanted to buy. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she never stopped looking till we found it. She takes what you want and runs with it and doesn’t try and steer you wrong. She truly has your best interest at heart. Grateful for Sue for helping us sell and buy a home in the same year. So lucky to have had her as our realtor.
