Ansa went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and successful!
I contacted Ansa “out of the blue” as I hadn’t actively been looking! She was so responsive, and even though she was out of town, she still managed to coordinate everything to get me in to see the property fast, get my bid in front of the sellers quickly, and ultimately negotiate the sale. She asks all the right questions! Ansa is a consummate professional who knows the market and the industry, and you get to work with a genuinely lovely person as a bonus!

An incredible experience during a highly emotional transition.
Selling a home that has been in your family for over 75 years is incredibly difficult, but Hannah Violet Phillips made the entire process seamless. She was exceptionally understanding, compassionate, and deeply conscious of the emotional weight of this sale. Her efficiency and organization were unmatched– she managed every single detail flawlessly and managed to sell the house within just one day! Despite how fast everything moved, she never rushed me. She constantly checked in just to see how I was doing, showing true care and empathy. Hannah is highly efficient, detail-oriented, and profoundly kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Hannah was incredible to work with and very thoughtful. Would love to work with her again!
I struggle with emails so Hannah would always text me to let me know I had an email with something to look at or fill out. She took extra time to explain the process and helped keep me calm when we had a glitch with our title. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about her :)
