I contacted Ansa “out of the blue” as I hadn’t actively been looking! She was so responsive, and even though she was out of town, she still managed to coordinate everything to get me in to see the property fast, get my bid in front of the sellers quickly, and ultimately negotiate the sale. She asks all the right questions! Ansa is a consummate professional who knows the market and the industry, and you get to work with a genuinely lovely person as a bonus!

Selling a home that has been in your family for over 75 years is incredibly difficult, but Hannah Violet Phillips made the entire process seamless. She was exceptionally understanding, compassionate, and deeply conscious of the emotional weight of this sale. Sue went above and beyond with helping us find the exact home we wanted and also the location. We looked at several houses all in Schuylkill County (where we wanted) and she got to know exactly what we were looking for and she found us the exact home we wanted. She wouldn’t stop till we said this one is it. She helped us get exactly that and more. She nailed our expectations completely and we very helpful with where we wanted to buy. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she never stopped looking till we found it. She takes what you want and runs with it and doesn’t try and steer you wrong. Responsive, flexible, always available, easy to communicate with, understands her buyers needs and wants, motivated, supportive, informative. Sue understands what she is looking at and doesn’t try to push you into anything. She has your best interest in mind. After years of looking and trying to get a home Sue came highly recommended to us from a good friend and within a month she had us into our new home. She talked us through every step of the process and made us feel comfortable and made us feel like we were important and taken seriously. As a first time home buyer the process can be confusing and scary but Sue made it easier. I’d recommend her to anyone. Infact, I already have!
