I was referred to Nicole Davis to help me find a house to purchase in Nevada, mainly Laughlin. I had never given thought to such a huge purchase. Overwelmed, anxiety overload! I finally met Nicole one day at a house i thought i would like. She was so kind to actually say "sure! I will meet you there!" OMG it was not for me. We talked and it was so easy to talk to her and open up about what i wanted. Soon, she had about 5 houses to look at. I fell in love hard-quiet, room for my pets, mountain in my back yard. I thought, she's awesome! I did not know anything about real estate, and all the forms associated with. I felt scared and alone But Nicole helped me with everything! All the paperwork and forms and everything in between. I got copies of everything i signed and everything i needed to know. Phone calls to Nicole saying "OMG what is this and what does that mean?" were answered and explained in detail. She really knows her stuff and i can truly say, that this was the best experience ever! I have now been in my home for almost 3 months. Love my house, and i love Nicole for finding me a home which i never thought could ever happen, and, understand the process! !
