United Real Estate Strive 212

Jill spent almost 4 years helping me find the perfect house. She never once rushed me or made me feel like I was bothering her. Her attitude and personality are truly amazing. She’s straight forward with what it’s going to take to submit a winning offer. Not all of us have the funds for these ridiculous straight cash offers but that never once stopped Jill from filling out all the paperwork and allowing me to offer what I was comfortable with. In the end I won the nicest property out of all the ones we looked at. Thank You for all your efforts!

Jill delivered exactly what I needed — fast communication, strong market knowledge, and a clear strategy that got results. She handled every detail with care and made sure I felt confident at each step. Jill helped make sure this bittersweet chapter of mine and my mom’s was handled with care and respect. If you want someone who works hard and gets things done, this is the agent to call.

Jill was a phenomenal help in the sale of my house and was always available when i had any questions about the process. She communicated and helped set realistic expectations for my house and exceeded those expectations in the end. I can not suggest her and her team enough to anyone looking to sell or buy property. Jill and her team made the whole process of selling my house and buying a new house very easy and as stress free as the process could be. 20/10 would recommend to anyone.

Finding the right realtor is a major step in selling and/or purchasing a home. You need to work with someone you can trust and someone who is dependable and gets results. Jill gets NOTHING BUT RESULTS. Jill was always available and responded quickly when I had a question, no matter what time of day I may have asked. The home I sold was priced to sell, and that is thanks to Jill and her knowledge and expertise with the housing market. Jill made all of my worries disappear and made the process of selling and purchasing a home as smooth as I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier in my new home. I honestly mean this when I say that if you are looking to buy or sell a home, THERE IS NO ONE ELSE BUT JILL!!!!!

Picking Saunders realty was the best decision I made. Jill was very friendly and put me at ease. She settled all my nerves and made the process so easy. She told me she could sell my property quickly and would all be done by the end of the month and she did exactly that. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend.
