We used Terry when we were looking to buy a house. It would've been impossible to do on our own because we had no money to put down and we went the FHA mortgage route, their rules are strict. Not only could Terry point out things in houses that wouldn't pass inspections or would be trouble down the road, he was able to negotiate with the listing agents and find us a mortgage company willing to give us a loan. For less than $2000 out of pocket, we are now the owners of a nice home. Terry will bend over backwards and find you exactly what you need. You can't afford not to use him.

Terry was a great help through out the process of buying a home. With a tight market and our pricepoint being tough he did not give up. Through out the process once we actually put in an offer he was very tentative to us. He answered all the questions that he could and if he did not have an answer he got the answer. Overall Terry made this experice a lot less stressful than it is trying to mend what seems there is in the process. If you need a quality agent he is your guy!

Terry is a very professional agent and a great personality to deal with. His insight to his profession is outstanding as he projected the market value for my home to the penny! Terry's services didn't stop after the sale either and I would highly recommend, for a great sales experience.
