I can’t say enough good things about Mrs. Sharon. She absolutely crushed it. I originally had another Realtor who told me I was going to walk away from the sale about negative 30k. My buddy Tom recommended Sharon, so I gave her a call and she exceeded my expectations in every way. She sold it above asking price and I walked away with all debts paid and up 10k. That wasn’t even the only thing that impressed me. She paid for two professional photographers, walked me through 24 different staging and home improvement tasks, and stayed on top of the entire process from start to finish. She answered my questions even on her days off, and she drove over an hour just to check on the progress at the house. That’s the kind of effort you don’t see every day. Mrs. Sharon made the whole process feel manageable. She knew what needed to be done, she communicated clearly, and had the home under contract in under 24 hours after posting. Tom was right to recommend her. She was the reason the sale turned out as well as it did. If you’re selling a house and want someone who will actually go to bat for you, I’d recommend Mrs. Sharon without hesitation

Hilary lined up buyers so that we would not have to vacate our home frequently. She also pushed buyers and agents to make their best offer up front. The result was a quick sale for the highest price.
