I can’t say enough good things about Mrs. Sharon. She absolutely crushed it. I originally had another Realtor who told me I was going to walk away from the sale about negative 30k. She answered my questions even on her days off, and she drove over an hour just to check on the progress at the house. That’s the kind of effort you don’t see every day.
