He was very responsive always kept us updated on everything. He was very knowledgeable on homes that he was showing us. 10/10 recommend Doug as our realtor!

Doug went above and beyond as we navigated the home-buying process for the first time. As I finished medical school and am neurodivergent, my partner and I needed direct, flexible communication, which Doug accommodated. You can tell he deeply cares about helping people find their next home. His depth of knowledge and experience in the area was invaluable. Would highly recommend his skilled services to anyone coming to the area!

When my husband and I started looking for a house in the Lancaster region, I wasn't sure if we could find anything reasonable within our budget and wants. The task to find the diamond in the rough seemed impossible. After being shown a few places, I wasn't sure if we would ever find a place that had enough of our needs while also fitting our budget. Suddenly, we find this place (1110 Rohrerstown Road), and we asked Doug for a tour of the place as soon as possible, knowing that the market is fast moving in this region. Doug responded quickly, gathering all information he could get about the place for us. Upon completing the tour, my husband and I felt confident that this was THEE place for us. Doug made the process of making the dream come true as easy as possible, and we are now thee owners of our dream home. Doug stayed professional through this entire process, seemed to have VERY thorough knowledge of the housing market in this region, and made all negotiations a breeze. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate within his areas of operation.

Tina was amazing to work with! Highly recommend her!!

The first time I met Tina I knew she was going to be my agent to buy and sell. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and quick to give you an answer it when you have a question she gets it done. I made a friend in Tina.

Tina is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Every question we had for her she knew and got us answers right away. She was always very good about getting back to us in a timely manner and flexible schedule with getting us showings on homes.
