It was our pleasure to work with Grant throughout our home buying journey. He worked hard, communicated well, was very personable, he tailored everything to our needs, and he stuck with us through every step of the process. For a little while it seemed like he was part of our family! We especially appreciated his consistent communication with us through text, email, and phone calls. He really went out of his way to work with our timeline and certain situation (even meeting up with us one night as we were headed out of town in a hurry). Joy was always there to respond to my calls and questions. If she needed to clarify anything , it was done quickly . She also was upfront and honest with what the prospects, possibilities, etc were for my former house, no “sugar coating” . I really appreciated the way she has of “keeping things real”.
