I always go the extra mile for my clients. Once, I met clients at an open house. They were looking for a home in Tucson but lived out of state. Via many emails, we pinned down 6 homes they were interested in and planned a busy day of home viewing. Once they arrived we got to work and found their forever home in one day! From there it was just negotiating the price, repairs, etc., and moving them into a home they love.
Another client, a single lady, was moving by herself and overwhelmed by moving out of state. I volunteered to help her pack, collect boxes, and move – I even cleaned out her fridge for her because she was exhausted. It was exciting to see her start a new journey as I drove her to the airport.
When I’m not working (and I’ve been called a workaholic many times) I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog or talking to the neighbors. I enjoy gardening, baking, sewing, and quilting.

Ann Marie is a top notch real estate agent who makes you feel like you are her only customer.
Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do. During the whole process Ann Marie made you feel very positive and went out of her way to insure that you knew everything that was going on. Ann Marie is a very kind and thoughtful person and I would recommend Ann Marie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Took care of so much, so I didn't have to
Excellent service. They took so much of the burden of selling my house off my shoulders so I could concentrate on moving into my new house. They meet with vendors, scheduled inspections, staging the house and handled so many details... much better service than I thought possible. They suggested a listing price that resulted in a quick sale for more money than most agents were suggesting. Great communication and service. I couldn't be happier with having selected them to be my listing agents.
