Karin was eager to set up appointment s to view houses each day while we were on vacation around the Thanksgiving holiday. She was there for the signing at Escrow and there for the final walk through. She went above and beyond the day after the final walk through and showed up with her husbands nice big pick up truck to haul away some things left behind in the garage by the previous owners, such as a can of garbage, big cardboard, throw rugs, an old TV table cabinet, etc. She even pulled a few weeds while waiting for us to finish a call with the gas company using her phone. Karin is very generous with her time and makes sure all of our needs are met. She also offered to drive me to the airport after inspections since we haven’t moved to the area full time yet.
