I'm not sure if I can find words to describe the experience I had working with Karin, but I'll do my best to try. To start, I live in Texas but own a condo in Arizona. I received a postcard from one Karin Phillips showing an astounding number of sales at Boulder Canyon and we were in the market to sell. So we contacted her to find out more and after one conversation decided that she was the one for us. Karin did everything in her power to advertise our place with open houses, some interior decor, and multiple ads across America to stir up interest and get some leads. During our wait, our situation turned bleak when we found that the upstairs condo had a slow leak that managed to trickle down into our unit causing the need for massive repair as well as mold remediation. Karin was present at every meeting for inspection, estimates, repair, and clean up. She was present in conversation via email, telephone, and text. Karin's attitude was always upbeat and positive, and she was always on top of deadlines. We were fortunate enough to meet her while we were fixing up our condo and getting ready to sell it (which, of course, she helped coordinate the maintenance and install when we went back in Texas). I'm pretty sure all the extras she did were not in her job description. And I'm almost certain there is no one out there quite like Karin. She'll treat you like family, she'll make you a priority, and she'll get you a sale. Despite all our hiccups, we closed yesterday. You're the absolute best, Karin! Karin is a top notch professional. My folks flew in from Denver with 5 days to find a home to buy. Karin cleared her schedule and met us each day with booklets (one for each of us) of printouts of the homes we were to view. They did indeed find a home before having to return. Even after that Karin helped us with every detail making a long distance E-Closing seem easy. Karin has continued to keep in touch helping find tradesmen and dependable service people long after the folks have relocated.
