I'm not sure if I can find words to describe the experience I had working with Karin, but I'll do my best to try. To start, I live in Texas but own a condo in Arizona. I received a postcard from one Karin Phillips showing an astounding number of sales at Boulder Canyon and we were in the market to sell. So we contacted her to find out more and after one conversation decided that she was the one for us. Karin did everything in her power to advertise our place with open houses, some interior decor, and multiple ads across America to stir up interest and get some leads.
