This is the 4th real estate transaction we've done with LeeAnne and for good reason. She is a wonderful partner for anyone buying or selling a home. She's a great listener, has strong attention to detail and is patient with people and the process. I can't recommend her enough.

We were not in a big rush to sell the house and we wanted to try to get maximum value so we priced it on the high side to start and LeeAnne provided a good estimate on where to start and also provide a good feedback when she thought it was time to reduce the price. She listened to us, gave us suggestions and was willing to execute what we decided was the best path forward. LeeAnne also has an excellent network of Handyman, tradesmen, etc. to help fix up the house both before the sale and during the BINSR cycle. Very knowledge about the whole process. LeeAnne is the best!

Danny was quick with opportunities, clear and concise with direction, and went out of his way to coordinate all aspects of the sale. It is difficult to carry out a sale long distance when you’re unfamiliar with the process, and Danny made it smooth and successful. If there was any issue or mistake made, it was mine, not Danny’s.

Michele helped with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Her advice and guidance was invaluable in helping us to get an extraordinary offer on our existing home 1 day after it hit the market. She and her husband Charles were very helpful throughout the entire process starting with what to spruce up (and what not to spruce up) before the house went on the market, and walked us through every detail from the time the offer was accepted until closing. They also helped us with finding just the right new home (we downsized which can be hard), and assisted every detail in that process as well which was very important given it was a new build. Charles was amazing with helping us deal with the builder and walking thru all inspections. Michele was great in helping us negotiate a fair price and final closing. Strongly recommend Michele!!!
