We inherited a run down property that was out of state for us. When we interviewed Bobbee, she mentioned how she was going to help us and gave us examples of what she has done for her past clients. Naturally we were suspicious but we had hope that she would follow through. Holy smokes are we happy we worked with her. Not only did she do what she said she would but she even went further then we could have imagined. She organized dumpsters, crews to clean out the property, and handyman to fix issues all while we were thousands of miles away. She is very experienced and very knowledgable. Her communication was flawless and her follow through was perfect. This was a tough property to sell and she got multiple offers for us, advised us appropriately and ultimately found the perfect buyer for the property. I can not recommend Bobbee enough. She will do what she says she will and she is just, overall, a great human being.
