LeeAnne also has an excellent network of Handyman, tradesmen, etc. to help fix up the house both before the sale and during the BINSR cycle. Very knowledge about the whole process. Danny was quick with opportunities, clear and concise with direction, and went out of his way to coordinate all aspects of the sale. It is difficult to carry out a sale long distance when you’re unfamiliar with the process, and Danny made it smooth and successful. If there was any issue or mistake made, it was mine, not Danny’s.
