Trisha Hawkins

We contacted Trisha to help us purchase the condo we wanted to buy after working with her in a previous sale. (We were the sellers then, and she was the buyer’s agent.) During both transactions she was the perfect combination of highly professional and personable. During our recent purchase she worked with availability, was prompt with, communication, and effectively negotiated a fair price and necessary repairs. We loved working with her and would do so again.

Selling a house is stressful for many people and I was no exception, though Trisha was able to alleviate that stress almost immediately. She is a professional and a great person. Trisha is very communicative without being pushy. She was patient as we viewed multiple homes. Her knowledge of real estate procedures was superior. After having dealt with quite a few agents I would highly recommend Trisha and would use her again.
