Initially I hired a young woman who was climbing the ladder at one of the larger independent real estate companies. She had raised to the level of private office and was going to involve AI. After 6 months and no serious offers I made a change and hired Alison Hurd. She put the house together, raised the price $35,000 more and had a full price offer with closing in 25 days!

Alison knows her market and helped sell my house and I am grateful for her.

When the lot became available adjacent to our property Yasmeen was instrumental in negotiating that contract.
