She negotiated the seller pay our closing costs and even a termite treatment! On top of the seller dropping his selling price by $2500. The house we finally purchased was perfect for our needs. We are extremely happy with our new home and also for the ease and smoothness of everything. Corie did the hard work so we wouldn’t have to!
