She took the time to show me at least a dozen homes before I was able to choose my perfect residence. She went above and beyond to find me the right house in a very short period of time then worked with me to get financing when my plan for an all cash purchase fell through on my end.

She provided excellent advice about necessary repairs to the townhouse to help with the sale. Corie was very helpful dealing with a renter during the final stages of the sale.

I worked with Mrs Varela in obtaining my house and I had a great experience. She was patient in showing me various houses. Once I found one that I like she assisted me in the process of looking at comps and what a good offer in my budget would be. She has extensive knowledge of the loan processing as well.
