About Danny

Danny was born in Long Island, New York, and eventually made his way to Arizona. He Graduated from Chaparral High School with Honors where he started every year on the Basketball and Baseball teams. He was selected All-State in both sports. He attended the University of Arizona from 1983 to 1987 and graduated with a degree in marketing and a minor in finance. He successfully owned and managed four restaurants for over a dozen years while eventually pursuing real estate to spend more time with his wife, Jennifer. Danny’s restaurants were highly successful, primarily because of Danny’s ability to market the product, manage the 170 employees, and formulate all the control procedures. He also became a master chef with extraordinary culinary skills, trained by the head chef of the Love Boat Cruise lines. Danny has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and has been ranked nationally as high as 75th in the nation. Danny has accomplished closing over 1.6 Billion dollars in gross sales and has sold over 10,055 properties in his career. Talented in all forms of real estate, IE; luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, condo conversions, first time home buyers, Foreclosures and short sales, fix up properties and 1031 exchanges. Danny has developed a Designation that focuses on training other Agents and Investors called DREC(Designated Real Estate Consultant). The course also focuses on Right Sizing Made Simple for Seniors and Flip The Home You Own, which enables sellers to gain more value in selling their homes. Between 2006 and 2011, when most realtors were struggling, Danny helped develop a very successful real estate model. He facilitated a private equity firm by buying foreclosed homes in bulk. Each list of several hundred homes had to be evaluated with the AS IS value, fix up cost and potential sales price in less than 72 hours for the bid to be submitted. Danny and his team have evaluated over 37,000 homes. Danny was able to have over 1,600 agents across the country help in the evaluation process. Once the properties were obtained, Danny would view the homes and figure out the best repairs and remodeling to do on each one to obtain the highest value possible while still staying at or under a competitive market value. Danny is now the industry expert on this process and has been teaching and coaching other agents about this system over the last few years. Danny loves to give and significantly contributes to the Sunshine Kids Foundation (kids with cancer) and The Humane Society. Danny helps bring gifts for the holidays to children every year at his local hospital, Tucson Medical Center. We are fortunate to receive enough toys and gift donations to give to over 100 kids each holiday season. Jennifer and Danny have three incredible children: Elijah, Ashtin, and Jewels. The Roths keep busy with all of the children’s sports and activities. Jennifer loved owning and operating her own Cupcake shop. Danny has also coached youth sports for over 20 years, operates an elite club baseball team to help great athletes afford to go to the next level. Danny funded the opening of a new Dance Studio to help his daughter obtain the best training possible with her love for Dance. His daughter Ashtin landed the most prominent job she could dream of in the dancing world at her age. Ashtin and Jennifer are on the reality TV show called “Dance Moms.” Now Ashtin is the captain of the university of Arizona Pomline.

Incredibly thorough, extremely helpful with a lot of proactive suggestions and a great negotiator!

Janet is very responsive and very helpful with proactive suggestions to protect you during negotiations. She is very knowledgeable about the law and processes to ensure a smooth transaction. She and her team helped stage our house and arrange vendors to provide the necessary repairs only after she helped organize multiple bids. Janet made the process of selling during a buyers market a lot less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for her honesty and integrity. Our house sold a lot faster than we anticipated it would thanks to her diligence and marketing! We give her 10 out of 5 stars and will recommend her to all of our family and friends! Bobbee goes beyond what you would expect. She is a real advocate for the buyer in every sense.

Bobbee helped us throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing our new home. Besides doing a thorough market research, and allowing us to look at multiple resale homes, ultimately we decided to purchase a new build. She went well beyond our expectations because she also gave us advice on inspections before signing for the house so that we knew the condition of the house. She also has a network of contractors such as painters, paint suppliers, plumbing, movers, and even investigated and offered suggestions on solar companies for use. This the move less stressful on us. Additionally, on her own initiative, she asked the builder to give us upgrades and incentives that we would not have even thought of that were added to the purchase agreement for free. We plan to use her to sell our current home and anticipate another pleasant experience. We highly recommend Bobbee for your realtor needs in the Tucson area.

Exceptional Realtors; Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Amazing for Out-of-State Buyers

Buying a home while living out of state could have been overwhelming, but Michelle and Mishka made the process feel seamless from start to finish. Their communication was incredible; they ALWAYS responded within the hour, and most of the time within 10 minutes or less. I never felt like I was waiting or left in the dark. What really stood out was their deep knowledge of the SaddleBrooke market and retirement community lifestyle. They gave insight into different neighborhoods, HOA considerations, resale value, contractor availability, and even things I never would have thought to ask about while buying remotely. Since I couldn’t always be there in person, they went above and beyond with walkthrough videos, honest opinions about properties, and detailed updates that made me feel confident making decisions from another state. During inspections and negotiations, they were incredibly proactive and helped identify important deferred maintenance items, coordinated local contractors, and made sure I fully understood the implications of repairs and pricing before moving forward. I truly felt like they were protecting my interests throughout the entire transaction. Beyond being highly professional, they were also just great people to work with responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home instead of just closing a deal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in SaddleBrooke, especially if you are purchasing from out of state.
