Morgan and her team member Kisha at OMNI Homes International made our home selling experience effortless. I was slightly concerned that having Morgan be fully remote from our location and time zone may cause issues but she was great at always being available answering any questions we may have had. Morgan coordinated with Kisha and us when a physical person was needed at our home. Kisha did a wonderful job hosting two open houses that sparked multiple interested buyers. I believe their level of commitment and professionalism truly led to our home going under contract in only 44 days and sold within 63 days beating the area average of 74 days. They both listened to our needs and negotiated hard, fighting for us to get us exactly what we were asking at Market Value which in this economy is not seen very often. Morgan, Kisha and the OMNI Homes International reality group are exceptional and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Kristin was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to Tucson. She made my first home buying experience as smooth as possible, with her knowledge and experience proving invaluable in navigating a very competitive market. She also was very communicative, and I was never confused or taken by surprise about any development in the process. The entire experience was so good that I then trusted her with selling the home 5 years later. Once again, her feel for the market set me up perfectly for selling, with helpful advice for fixes around the house and how to market the house. I had to move out of state before the house sold, but she kept me up to date with all developments and I was never left in the dark. We finally closed in a market that was completely different to when I bought, but I was never concerned with Kristin handling things. Shannon immediately impressed us the first day we met here. She very quickly adjusted here capabilities to my wife and Is needs and personalities. Totally impressive. We were not very familiar with the area, but she was able to very quickly and efficiently narrow in on properties that met our needs. We discussed and looked at many properties, but never did Shannon pressure s or not listen to our comments either positive or negative. It was a somewhat longer process as we had time on our side for this move and Shannon supported that specific option very well. At one time we just seemed to run out of good choices and we requested to slow down a little. She was totally supportive of that need! Then when a couple of really good prospects came on the market she supported us so fully. We set up several homes to look at with those top priorities and when the 2nd one that day became obvious to ALL of us she transitioned into helping us with an offer and became a great negotiator for us. She expertly navigated the now somewhat complex purchase process and worked with the seller’s agent to make ANY questions or concerns easily resolvable for all people involved. She had great business relationships with high quality companies to support the purchase process and made the buying process as easy and successful as possible. When issues did occur, she quickly understood the issue, used here skills, experience and great communication skills to help us resolve them. This all allowed us to purchase a fantastic home, for a very fair price with minimal stress and problems. She is a credit to her industry and should be used as a model for what a real-estate agent should be. We were totally impressed and please with Shannon as our real-estate expert and would recommend her to anyone seeking a great experience with buying or selling a property.
