From the moment I met them I was immediately put at ease. Mishka and Michelle are kind, friendly and professional. And I quickly learned they were very knowledgeable. They explained the entire home buying process and kept me updated along the way. I never had any issue with communication. They were always prompt and extremely patient although at times I wasn’t. They listened to my wants and concerns and helped me find the perfect house. Mishka and Michelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. They never hesitated to show a property and were extremely fast in making appointments. Their extensive knowledge especially during the home inspection and title process was invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mishka or Michelle to anyone trying to buy a home. They are an amazing team.

Being able to rely on the knowledge, experience, and expertise of Mishka and her partner Michelle through a long process of buying my home was incalculable. I was able to bounce my ideas and concerns off of them and was always met with an answer that was satisfactory. Not once throughout the process did I believe that they just wanted a quick sale and a quicker buck they truly mean what they say when they talk about wanting to set you up with the one for you and when you think you found it they both will work tirelessly to help close the sale. The industry veterans they brought in and reccomended during the inspection and closing process were top of the line and insured I could make an informed offer, purchase and later repairs. Even with all prior reasons given to go with them for your home purchase above and all they are good people you can trust for what should be one of if not the most important purchases of your lifetime.

They found us a house in one day that had everything we wanted and more. They negotiated a deal that resulted in very little cash out of our pocket and even negotiated inclusion of all the furnishings. Put up a huge "HOME" inflated banner in the kitchen and left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to our new home. I highly recommend them.
