At one point it was looking bleak and she was able to not only hold our confidence in our timeline needs but she pulled off a miracle. Louie was extremely helpful in getting us aware of the the seller's needs and desires and getting an alignment with ours that worked for everyone. He was extremely knowledgeable about getting thru the complexities of the paperwork jungle and really demonstrated his expertise when we had to navigate some difficult "sticky" items from the seller that would have made lessor agents run screaming. All told, Louie hung in there as our advocate, preserved our sanity and made it all happen. He would be my first choice in pursuing any other real estate transaction.
