Andy went well above and beyond his responsibilities as a buyer's agent to make purchasing a home as painless as possible. He walked me through inspection reports, explaining in English what they meant, and even showed me where essential components (i.e., water shutoff valve, circuit breakers) were located. He pointed-out that I had an awning (who knew?) and showed me how it worked. To help me complete the BINSR, he gave me information on what reasonable repair costs would be and what vendors might be useful. When my printer/scanner broke 1 day before closing, he stopped by my house to somehow scan on his phone the last minute documents required by the loan company. Throughout this process, he never made me feel rushed, even though the property was 45 minutes away, or made me feel reluctant to ask any question. I am very grateful for his efforts and highly recommend him.

You really need someone with a real solid knowledge of the area and type of house you want. We found that and so much more with Andy. Not only did he find us the perfect house on the first day but he took care of so much more, Estimates, repairs, contacts Andy did all of that and so much more Im sure IM forgetting. From the bottom of my heart I tell you that Andy will really help you. He is a retired deputy sheriff for one, that is a life of service and he is experienced in the real estate market. Andy did all of this when we were in New Jersey. He did it all. So 29,000 people got together and built a retirement community. What happens when 29K retirees come together? They create 104 different HOA's. Why? Cause 104 is better than 100. My drift is that trying to unravel the ball of string that is the identifies the HOA's is impossible without expert knowledge, add to that neighborhoods. Amenities costs change block by block. You need a guide, Andy was perfect.

Andy helped a lot with the selling process of my home. He put in the extra time and keeping me informed about the negotiations with the buyers agent and explaining about the current market trends for that area.
