You really need someone with a real solid knowledge of the area and type of house you want. We found that and so much more with Andy. Not only did he find us the perfect house on the first day but he took care of so much more, Estimates, repairs, contacts Andy did all of that and so much more Im sure IM forgetting. They create 104 different HOA's. Why? Cause 104 is better than 100. My drift is that trying to unravel the ball of string that is the identifies the HOA's is impossible without expert knowledge, add to that neighborhoods. Amenities costs change block by block. You need a guide, Andy was perfect.
