Not only did he find us the perfect house on the first day but he took care of so much more, Estimates, repairs, contacts Andy did all of that and so much more Im sure IM forgetting. From the bottom of my heart I tell you that Andy will really help you. He is a retired deputy sheriff for one, that is a life of service and he is experienced in the real estate market. Andy did all of this when we were in New Jersey. He did it all. So 29,000 people got together and built a retirement community. What happens when 29K retirees come together? They create 104 different HOA's. Why? Cause 104 is better than 100. My drift is that trying to unravel the ball of string that is the identifies the HOA's is impossible without expert knowledge, add to that neighborhoods. Amenities costs change block by block.
