We initially pursued hiring Michael on as a property manager to manage the move out and bring on new tenants, as we simply couldn’t come back to the Bay Area when the baby could come at any moment. Michael managed the move out swiftly and professionally, but with a newborn baby at home we soon we decided to alter course and asked him to help us sell our home. Michael guided us through the sale prep process and expertly managed all of the subcontractors and inspectors, 100% remote. We got through the entire process from tenant move out to the sale of our home without once having to return to the Bay Area. It made for a very smooth, convenient transaction. Read moreThis year, John helped us buy a house, sell a house, and buy/build another one! He's truly the best real estate agent we've worked with (and we've done a lot of RE transactions) because not only does he know the SW FL real estate market (especially Babcock Ranch) and has great instincts about real estate, he's also funny and personable and great to work with. Here's an outline of the 3 transactions. First, we knew nothing about Babcock Ranch and learned of him through his Facebook Group. When we reached out, he spent a lot of time with us on the phone and was extremely informative about the area and the available alternatives. His orientation from afar saved us a lot of time since we wanted to do most of our looking from our home up north. When we finally came down for the site visit, he gave us a very efficient but thorough tour of the Ranch and had already gotten us an appointment with a sales guy for Pulte. He steered us through the process and we were able to secure our contract to build very efficiently, where we had heard horror stories re: buyers.While the home was being built, he took drone photos and went with us to the final inspection. Here came the fun part. Due to a change in family circumstances, we decided the house we built was too much for us, so we decided to sell. John outlined for us the alternatives, including renting it out, etc. but ultimately decided we needed to sell...and we gave the listing to John. So glad we did. He totally guided us to the right price (I wanted to list it for less, but he convinced us to go higher). Our first buyer fell through and John convinced us that it was just a screwy buyer and we relisted. He talked me off the ledge a few times and we got that price within a few weeks...we were thrilled. AND then the final transaction of the year was he helped us put in an offer for a smaller property. We have found John to be extremely responsive throughout all these transactions and I highly recommend him.

In both instances, Keisha brought her integrity and her wealth of experience which absolutely were critical to both, very positive outcomes. Not only did she strategize and think outside the box, she was approachable, responsive and genuinely caring. Keisha does not give up. In both experiences she always rose to the challenge and did so while being open and transparent, which means that she is very trustworthy. When you are buying or selling a home you need to be able to trust your agent. Keisha gave me every reason to trust her, even through a few difficult roadblocks that arose unexpectedly in the process. For these reasons, I recommend Keisha highly and without reservation.
