Andy went well above and beyond his responsibilities as a buyer's agent to make purchasing a home as painless as possible. He walked me through inspection reports, explaining in English what they meant, and even showed me where essential components (i.e., water shutoff valve, circuit breakers) were located. He pointed-out that I had an awning (who knew?) and showed me how it worked. To help me complete the BINSR, he gave me information on what reasonable repair costs would be and what vendors might be useful. When my printer/scanner broke 1 day before closing, he stopped by my house to somehow scan on his phone the last minute documents required by the loan company. Throughout this process, he never made me feel rushed, even though the property was 45 minutes away, or made me feel reluctant to ask any question. I am very grateful for his efforts and highly recommend him.

Danny's business partner Dallas Howell helped us find and move into our AZ home. From the first call all the way to closing, Dallas had a service attitude and humble character. We made an exploratory trip from FL to AZ just to explore new housing. Dallas didn't know us from Adam, but he spent his day preparing and driving us around northern Tucson, looking at houses in Marana, Oro Valley, Catalina, and Saddlebrooke. In days following, we looked at housing in other AZ areas with different Realtors -- in Queen Creek, Prescott, Surprise, and Goodyear. We decided on a house in Marana, Dove Mountain, AZ, a house Dallas showed us. Dallas presented the offer and helped us all the way to closing, and even helped us after closing, for we are new to AZ and have needed extra remote help from FL. Elijah, went beyond every positive measure I know of, We had limited time to search for a home, (one week), and Elijah made himself very available, presented our offers on multiple properties, kept us informed and listened to us through every step in the process.
