We enjoyed are experience with Susan. The first house we bid on the owners backed out 4 days before closing. I was very upset. But Susan was just as upset as we were. So, Susan was right there for us. We finally purchased a beautiful forever home. And Susan went out of way to help find it for us. Every time we had a question on anything she was right on top of it. She returned are phone calls immediately. it was a joy dealing with her. I would recommend her to any of our friends and relatives. Thank Susan for being thee for us.

I bought my very first house through Araceli and her financial wizard Wally at the ripe old age of 62. I was buried under tons of paper work but Araceli helped me power through it. When I closed on the house, there were a few things the seller forgot, but Wally was there on the day of closing making things right. Seven months later, I was laid off from my job and could not find work. After six months of unemployment and a lot of uncertainty, I turned to Araceli and had her put my first ever home back on the market. From that moment Araceli tirelessly searched for a buyer driving 60 miles round trip from her office to show my house to prospective buyers and a lot of no shows. And Wally was there too keeping me advised on the on the financial side of things. Araceli and Wally found a buyer for my home and we closed the deal the first week in April this year. During the whole process Araceli told me it was her goal to make sure that she found a buyer for my home, and even though the goal post were moved several times Araceli and Wally hit the mark. They are kind and caring people not only to their clients and buyers but also to every one they meet. I am now living in Las Vegas but if I hear anybody say they're moving to Yuma, Arizona, I'll tell them to look up Araceli & Wally at ABC Group at Barrett Realty. Thank you again Araceli & Wally
