They competently and professionally represented the buyers as well and, because they are a team, divided responsibility and communication from then on. Dorothy handled the buyers and Lauren dealt with us, the sellers. Having already dealt with Dorothy during the whole process, until a buyer appeared, we had all the confidence that whatever arose from the buyer's side would be reasonable, and it was.
