Moore Advantage Team was great! Dorothy and Lauren really worked together to get me the house I wanted. Even though I was not in Arizona, the team was extremely accommodating with video tours and even coordination with local contractors after the sale which allowed some minor repairs to be complete when I arrived.

Dorothy was wonderful in promptly showing us homes we were interested in and giving pointers of maintenance given to the home or what may need to be done. Once we found something that checked the boxes Lauren was fabulous in giving recommendations on who to use for painting, window replacements, plumbing, and their list of preferred for anything we needed. Jim really does the research on actually square feet according to county records, property evaluations and pricing. They are the whole package. Highly recommend them.

Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do. During the whole process Ann Marie made you feel very positive and went out of her way to insure that you knew everything that was going on. Ann Marie is a very kind and thoughtful person and I would recommend Ann Marie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Excellent service. They took so much of the burden of selling my house off my shoulders so I could concentrate on moving into my new house.
