Because Debbie works in our area and she lives in our community she knew about other listings which is great when you're pricing a home. She loves people and it shows! Would wholeheartedly recommend Debbie for her professionalism. As a former Realtor myself I'm highly aware of what agents Are expected to do and Debbie Johnson exceeded my expectations!
Under current market conditions it is not uncommon for homes in our area to be on the market for six months or more. Our home sold in just short of three months. Much of the credit for this goes to Mike’s expertise, experience and dedication. One example of this is that we had immediate and frequent showings and Mike communicated helpful feedback with us after each showing. Another example is that on many occasions Mike went the extra mile to help resolve issues, one of these being the transfer of our solar panel contract. In summary, we always knew that we were a top priority and Mike was very much committed to the successful sale of our home.
Mr. James Sanson was an excellent agent by expelling to us about the houses for sale and their prices and went with him to several of them to see them. He was cordial and respectful. We were very pleased and satisfied with his treatment that we happily recommended him to family or friends who might wanted to buy a house us our son Daniel P. Ayala recommended him to us. Randy stands out from all other realtors because of his ability to put himself in our shoes as the buyers and to demonstrate awareness of our ongoing challenges throughout the entire process of buying our dream ‘retirement’ home. He is truly a walking encyclopedia of resources - he explained everything as different stages of buying a home would occur. He always welcomed our questions and made us feel comfortable when we chose to say no to some homes we looked at. Randy has a great business mind but also had a skill to identify what would make this process easier and make us happy. He was recommended to us by my good friend and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!
We first met Kimberly when she took over managing a rental for us from a company that had let us down badly. She was amazing and always very responsive and on it. We then sold our home in Chandler and bought a new one in Gold Canyon. Kimberly was awesome on both ends. She was readily available even though she went on a well deserved holiday. Besides her amazing support through all our interactions she is a great person and we are happy to call her a friend we gained. I highly recommend Kimberly if you are considering buying or selling or in need of a superb property manager!

The Moore Advantage Team did a wonderful job listing and selling our Saddlebrooke home. They expertly steered us through unrealistic listing price expectations and some seller inertia in accomplishing needed decorating work. They competently and professionally represented the buyers as well and, because they are a team, divided responsibility and communication from then on. Dorothy handled the buyers and Lauren dealt with us, the sellers. Having already dealt with Dorothy during the whole process, until a buyer appeared, we had all the confidence that whatever arose from the buyer's side would be reasonable, and it was. Consequently, everyone involved is happy with the sale and the buyers and sellers now correspond and will eventually meet. As a former real estate agent I would call that a win-win.

Buying a home while living out of state could have been overwhelming, but Michelle and Mishka made the process feel seamless from start to finish. Their communication was incredible; they ALWAYS responded within the hour, and most of the time within 10 minutes or less. I never felt like I was waiting or left in the dark. What really stood out was their deep knowledge of the SaddleBrooke market and retirement community lifestyle. They gave insight into different neighborhoods, HOA considerations, resale value, contractor availability, and even things I never would have thought to ask about while buying remotely. Since I couldn’t always be there in person, they went above and beyond with walkthrough videos, honest opinions about properties, and detailed updates that made me feel confident making decisions from another state. During inspections and negotiations, they were incredibly proactive and helped identify important deferred maintenance items, coordinated local contractors, and made sure I fully understood the implications of repairs and pricing before moving forward. I truly felt like they were protecting my interests throughout the entire transaction. Beyond being highly professional, they were also just great people to work with responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home instead of just closing a deal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in SaddleBrooke, especially if you are purchasing from out of state.
