We wanted to do things differently. We wanted to create a team that wasn't about numbers. We wanted to make it about client service. We structured our team differently than any other team we had seen. We focus on each agent's individual growth and happiness. We believe in being fair to each other as well as to our clients. If our agents are happy, our clients will be too. Since we formed The Reliance Group, we have expanded to to include 4 agents, and 1 full time operations manager.
