Emilio was so wonderful to work with and he really made my home buying experience joyful. I’ve tried talking to other agents over the phone in the past & everything felt so stressful that I quit for awhile. Emilio was the exact opposite & he was willing to go above and beyond to get me the house I loved! He always worked with me & never rushed me. Buying a house in this market can be intimidating but after sitting down with Emilio and talking to him I knew he was the one I had to work with. I wasn’t really familiar with the steps involved in buying a house, but Emilio explained them so simply. My entire experience with Emilio was a blessing. We contacted Krystine on a Saturday and she jumped into action. She was honest about what we should list for but ultimately left it up to us. Pictures were taken on Tuesday and it launched on Thursday. We had 3 offers within the first 2 days. She was extremely responsive though out the process, gave good advice, and keep us on track. We had a small hiccup with the appraisal but she kept calm and worked with us on options and was very professional in a stressful situation . We ended up closing very quickly which allowed us to focus on our new home. I would highly recommend her.
