Krystine Eppley doesn't deserve 5 stars! She exceeded the limits of the rating we are confined to for many reasons. Too bad there aren't 6 or 7 stars to pick from. Here is why... 1. Communication: Krystine communicated flawlessly throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We were never left wondering what was next or where we were at in the process of buying our dream home. 2. Technical/Experience: Krystine's technical knowledge and experience was amazing. She knew every detail of our home, and it was obvious she did her homework because she knew all of the answers to our questions. In the rare event, she didn't know, she quickly found an answer. 3. Teamwork: Krystine has built a great network or team that made our home buying experience run smoothly. We were never in doubt throughout the journey because we were constantly in touch with her team which included the lending folks, inspection folks, closing team and her own team of assistants. We were never in the dark! 4. Professional Acumen and Personality: Krystine is a pro and was amazing to work with. Her personality kept us engaged and laughing even when it would be just as easy to complain. Not on her watch! She even hooked us up with new friends in our neighborhood because she wanted us to be connected quickly with the community. 5. Summary: I have bought and sold over 10 houses in the past 40 years and experienced bad, average and good real estate professionals. I am not just saying this because it was our latest experience, but Krystine, by far, is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with!!! God Bless her for how she really cares about her clients.

Always knew exactly what the client needed and made every possible move to keep us informed and aware of alternative avenues in case one aspect went array. She instills confidence and encouragement during all facets of the negotiation. However, a real bulldog when backed in a corner. I would use her for all real estate business and she fosters a sense of confidence while interacting with everyone.

Krystine was incredible at every turn. Professional, Thorough, Competent, and Patient. Very responsive to all our needs and we felt very comfortable with her expertise. Would not hesitate to recommend her to any of our family and friends.

We had 3 weeks to find a home. Krystine showed us homes in 5 different 55+ communities all over southern Arizona. She understood what our expectations were and helped us eliminate homes by pointing out potential issues that we might not have been able to notice ourselves. We gave her a list of many houses in each community to look at and she was able to put together a plan for each. Krystine returned texts and calls in a timely manner. Once we decided on our house, she provided us with multiple names of contractors and landscapers to get our home just like we want it. Her contracts were invaluable.
