She will over communicate so you are always in the know of what is going on, provide guidance whenever needed, and always negotiate the best outcome for you. While the market was up and down, she checked in with me weekly throughout the duration of my house being on the market to ensure I was comfortable with where we were at and always gave professional suggestions when I was uncertain. Now because of her knowing the right people I have a lower mortgage,lower interest,and my rate is locked in for the length of the loan.
