Andy showed up to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared with the necessary information to brief me on the current real estate market and his capabilities to sell my house. He kept me informed at all times along the way with feedback and recommendations. He helped facilitate some necessary repairs with his recommendations of handymen and specialists.
