Miechal gets a 5 of 5 for the regular real estate agent things, and in that she goes well above and beyond, but it's the little things you realize later she has taken care of. Add more points! Miechal is a good communicator, not too much, just what you need. Miechal also has additional srvices and support if you want them, and we found them invaluable. Things like packing and loading/moving support, staging, dealing with things left for sale, and much more. With Miechal, there were just no blind spots.

He kept me informed at all times along the way with feedback and recommendations. He helped facilitate some necessary repairs with his recommendations of handymen and specialists. Andy was there to remediate any issues no matter the day or time. My house was on the market for less than 60 days before it went under contract and was eventually sold.
