Each day I get to wake up and assist homeowners in making their dreams come true! Home ownership is a part of the American Dream and I consider myself extremely fortunate to assist clients with the sale or purchase of their most valuable asset. This is not something that I take lightly or for granted. What I do each day impacts the every day lives of my clients and it is my responsibility to ensure that they capitalize on the sale or purchase of a home in any way possible. I love the fact that each home sale that I navigate through is unique and different. It’s like starting a new adventure each time I help a client buy or sell a home. I learn how to handle the curve balls that may be thrown my way and each day gain more knowledge and insight in order to better assist clients moving forward. Overall, I do not consider what I do a job. I am one of the few people who is extremely blessed to love what I do. When you love what you do it doesn’t feel like work. That’s why it is easy for me to provide exemplary customer service and ensure that I am available to my clients when needed. Real estate is not a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm job. It’s 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including Holidays. I work hard for my clients and love every minute of it. In addition, my previous background of over nine years in the Solar Industry gives me an edge over all other real estate agents. Solar is a huge benefit for a home and needs to be marketed to potential buyers, so they can understand the value solar offers, whether leased or owned. With my knowledge and expertise in this area I know what disclaimers and processes must be followed to allow the successful transfer of solar leases as well as show the benefits to potential buyers. When you sell a solar home, you need to sell both the home as well as the solar system in order to get value added. She was an aTruly more interested in helping me sell my home than personal gain for herself.

Kim was the second realtor I worked with to try to sell my home. The first one spent 4 months doing all the normal realtor things. We did not receive one legitimate offer. It was not for lack of trying. He said it was just a tough time to sell. I prayed a lot about it and told him I need to try something different. He said no problem and we cancelled our contract. I knew right away it was Kim I was going to work with next. She recently helped my daughter buy a house and sell a house. They had nothing but good things to say about Kim. I met Kim at my house and asked her if she thought she could sell the house? She said "yes, I can sell this house. I've never met a house I couldn't sell". I really liked her positive attitude and confidence from the start. She kept ending her texts to me with the same line, "see you at the closing table". It wasn't an easy process, we also had no luck the first several weeks as far as offers but, there were plenty of viewings. Kim communicated daily with me, providing updates on viewings, feedback, numbers, plans, and strategies. I could just tell she was not only good at what she does but, she really enjoyed it. Most importantly, I could tell she truly cared about helping me. There were a few times I was ready to give up and give in to one of those cash buyers who give you way less than the home is worth to take it off your hands when you get desperate. She told me not to give up on her, she would not let this house beat her and ruin her record. She has another great phrase "everything I touch turns to sold!". She started getting creative with some techniques and tried some other ways. We continued to get viewings but no offers. She continued to try some things and lowered the price a little. Finally, we received a fair offer and closed quickly and smoothly. I did see Kim at the closing table! I'd use her again for any home purchase or sale and recommend her to all my friends and family.

We found Tara to be very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in every aspect.

Tara's experience and familiarity with CantaMia certainly played to our advantage throughout the process. We found her to always be prompt and courteous in her response whenever we had a question or concern and never did we feel she wasnt 100% invested in ensuring our interests were being addressed. Diana is the best of the best! Professional, to a fault by delivering the highest level of service with integrity. She had several open houses, regularly shared details about interest and feedback provided by other agents and buyers. She was proactive about selling our property where many agents react when a buyer presents. Diana actively communicated any presentation concerns and landscaping upkeep. She was a valuable resource during the contract and negotiation stage, providing up to date market sales info and support through the inspection. Diana was prompt and timely especially through the negotation and closing, facilitating the final agreement and transactions without exception. We really appreciated her 360 degree friendly and honest approach.

Ken did an excellent job taking us from an offer to successful closing within 30 days.

We are very pleased with Ken and his team. We felt Ken and his team had our best interest at all times and assisted us throughout the entire process with excellent communication and integrity providing excellent resources along with understanding our position and made the process quite seamless. After closing, he followed up with additional resources to assist with setting up key utilities.
