I am an Idaho girl, born and raised with a strong work ethic. Blessed to eventually find my way to beautiful Tucson, AZ since 2009. Here I met my husband and had two precious children. We fell in love with the wonders of the Sonoran Desert and chose to make it our forever home on five acres. We have begun to start our little ranch with chickens and my favorite, goats. The best there is no one is better than Courtney

Courtney made the entire home-buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. From start to finish, she worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible and always had my best interests in mind. It was a complicated sell and she communicated and did not give up!

Christina did an amazing job. She communicated almost daily. The history of the deeds was pretty challenging, but she helped get it all done. Get everything that needed to be signed in a pretty fast time.

Cristina is a expert in navigating a sale with out-of-state sellers.

We sold our parents' home while living out of state. After meeting her in person, Cristina did a wonderful job of communicating with our family members even though we all lived more than 1,000 miles away. She earned our complete trust by keeping an eye on the home, recommending contractors, guiding us with the necessary decluttering and repairs, and communicating weekly. While selling their home was a difficult chapter in our lives, we were lucky to find a realtor who was able to steer us along the way and to a happy sale. As a person who works in the home building industry in another state, I was impressed with her professionalism and mastery of the Green Valley real estate market. Along with Courtney and the rest of her team, I would recommend her without hesitation.

Responsive communicator with great recommendations and skilled negotiator

Cristina came recommended from a relative, we were moving to Arizona from out of state and only had a single house hunting trip to find our property. She was effective at using technology and phone communication to get us set up with our preferences and helping us clarify questions about properties we had seen online. She set up our favorite properties for us to tour in person and was knowledgeable in the communities in the area and had clearly done “her homework” on the properties we visited together. She was able to negotiate a favorable deal for us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We’d 100% go with her again, and we’d recommend her to friends or family who are looking in the area.
