Buying our first home was definitely a learning experience. We had a pretty strict budget, a lot of questions, and probably changed our minds more than a few times along the way. Corie was great through all of it. What I really appreciated was that Corie never made the process feel more complicated than it already was. She was easy to get ahold of, paid attention to what we were actually looking for, and didn’t try to push us into something just to keep things moving. If we asked something she didn’t know off the top of her head, she would go find out, talk to whoever she needed to, and get back to us with an actual answer. Our budget was also treated like a real limit, which I appreciated. There was no “well, if you just go another $40,000 higher...” every five minutes. Corie was realistic about what we could get, what was worth considering, and when something just didn’t make sense.
